Trieste, 12 aprile 2017 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” o la “Società”) comunica di aver firmato in data odierna con lo Stato francese, rappresentato dall’Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE), l’Heads of Terms annunciato il 6 aprile 2017. Tale accordo, che costituisce un elemento fondamentale per il perfezionamento degli accordi definitivi tra i futuri azionisti, include anche le linee guida del piano industriale preparato da Fincantieri per STX France, condiviso con l’APE. Fincantieri sta lavorando con il tribunale di Seul per finalizzare quanto più rapidamente possibile l’acquisizione di STX France.

HEADS OF TERMS FOR STX FRANCE SIGNED BETWEEN FINCANTIERI AND THE FRENCH STATE
Trieste, April 12, 2017 –FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” or the “Company”) announces that it signed today with the French State, represented by the Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE), the Heads of Terms announced on April 6, 2017. The agreement, which is a key element for the finalization of the final agreements among future shareholders, also includes the guidelines of the business plan, shared with APE, prepared by Fincantieri for STX France. Fincantieri is working with the Court of Seoul in order to finalize the acquisition of STX France as soon as possible.
