Cascina, 27 aprile 2017 – Si è concluso a inizio mese l’iter di certificazione dei processi interni di controllo e monitoraggio della qualità implementati da CMC Marine, al termine del quale il RINA ha rilasciato all’azienda il certificato ISO 9001:2015. Tale certificato attesta l’applicazione di un sistema di procedure ottimali per garantire l’affidabilità dei prodotti offerti.
Con questa certificazione CMC Marine ribadisce la propria capacità di offrire al cliente prodotti innovativi, a elevato contenuto tecnologico e di altissima qualità. Obiettivo dell’azienda non era unicamente ottenere l’ ISO9001, quanto soprattutto implementare una serie di processi e procedure interne che possano consentire a ogni singola risorsa di svolgere al meglio le proprie attività, generando uno scambio continuo di informazioni che coinvolgano non solo i colleghi ma anche fornitori e clienti. CMC Marine ha così voluto creare una cultura aziendale fortemente focalizzata sulla crescita delle sue risorse, sulla loro responsabilizzazione e sulla soddisfazione del cliente.

“L’aver ottenuto questa certificazione è motivo di grande orgoglio per noi. È un riconoscimento della bontà del sistema di procedure interne per il controllo della qualità che abbiamo adottato, testimonia la nostra attenzione costante verso armatori e cantieri clienti, insieme alla volontà che abbiamo di offrire un prodotto sempre migliore” ha dichiarato Alessandro Cappiello, CEO di CMC Marine. “Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di inserire un’ingegnere gestionale nel nostro team, l’ing. Jessica Del Ry, nuovo Responsabile della Qualità in CMC Marine, che ci supportasse nell’elaborare processi per la supervisione e il controllo sia delle procedure interne, sia della qualità del prodotto. L’aver ottenuto la certificazione ISO 9001:2015 è un riconoscimento la cui importanza vorremmo mettere in evidenza sul mercato nazionale e internazionale, come testimonianza della nostra capacità di mantenere le promesse fatte”.

CMC MARINE ACHIEVED THE ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS.

At the beginning of April, CMC Marine concluded the certification process for the internal quality control and monitoring procedures, obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification from RINA. Such certification attests the application of a procedures system that guarantees the reliability of CMC Marine products.
This certification confirms CMC Marine’s ability to offer innovative, high technology and high quality products to its customers. The target of the Company was not only to be entitled the ISO9001, but also to improve a series of processes and internal procedures, which allow every employee to carry out his job, creating a continuous information flow that involves both colleagues, suppliers and customers. The Company’s will is to focus on its resources development – in terms of growth, empowerment and responsibility – and on the customer satisfaction.

It’s the acknowledgement that the internal procedures system for the Quality control that we have adopted is good, it proves our constant attention towards the owners and the shipyards, together with the will to offer always the best product”, said Alessandro Cappiello, C.E.O. of CMC Marine. “For this reason we decided to introduce an Industrial Engineer in our team, Ms. Jessica Del Ry, as new Head of the Quality Department in CMC Marine. Her duty is to create and manage the supervision and control both of the internal procedures and of the quality of the product. We would like to highlight the importance of achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification on the national and international market, as a proof of our will to keep our promises”.
