BONO ? COME MATTEI ! (ndr)

Trieste, 6 aprile 2017 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” o la “Società”) accoglie con soddisfazione le dichiarazioni del Segretario di Stato del Governo francese per l’Industria, Monsieur Sirugue, che confermano il raggiungimento di un accordo di principio tra Fincantieri ed il Governo francese in merito all’acquisizione di STX France. Tale accordo conferma altresì la lunga e fruttuosa collaborazione che Fincantieri ha avviato da anni nel settore militare con la società francese DCNS.

Fincantieri continuerà a lavorare con le controparti per negoziare e concludere i relativi accordi definitivi.

FINCANTIERI PRESS STATEMENT

Trieste, April 6, 2017 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” or the “Company”) welcomes the statements of the State Secretary for Industry of the French government, Mr. Sirugue, which confirm the achievement of an agreement in principle between Fincantieri and the French government with regard to the acquisition of STX France. This agreement also confirms Fincantieri’s long-standing and fruitful collaboration in the naval segment with the French company DCNS.

Fincantieri will continue to work with its counterparties to negotiate and conclude the final agreements.
